Holiday Inn & Suites Richmond West End, an IHG hotel

The staff made tremendous effort to help resolve the issue of a dysfunctional TV after showing me how to use this particular remote,only to find that this Tv did not have a connection to some satellite. They moved me to another room, which wasvery nice of them. The next morning,Ms. Dickson, the manager asked me if everything worked out fine and I assured her that all ended up just fine. I also liked seeing the visual/hearing-impaired button/sign by the door. That’s wonderful! Haven’t seen that in decades since my student days at R.I.T.

Loved that you had to have a key card to go up on the elevators, made my stay feel safe! Also loved the pool and patio and the cleanliness of the facilities.
